Momma Jane's Pancake House

On Tim and I's ride up the coast and back down we spent 2 days in The Dalles and ate breakfast here both times. The lady who served us both days was attentive and quite engaging. We got our food both days quickly and it hit the spot both times. The second time it was cold outside and being on motorcycles we really appreciated the warm food in our bellys. The place is decorated with a lot of cool Harley stuff that was fun to look at. Over all a nice place to get breakfast. Highly recommended

So good every time. I recommend the hash benedict. I plan to stop here anytime passing through the gorge.

I stopped by Momma Jane's for a late breakfast. Always try to have a meal there once a month. The service is always top notch and the chicken Fried Steak is my go to. If you are passing thru The Dalles stop in sometime.

Lots of things to love about Momma Jane's! Classically huge diner portions, kid drinks with lids!, kitschy Motorcycle decor, and nice service. I ordered one of the "little" breakfasts which was way more than little. Next time I really have to go for the namesake pancakes though!

Found this place based on Yelp recommendations so adding mine. The House Omelette was HUGE and excellent. Great fuel up before exploring the region. Service was prompt. The tables stayed packed. Motorcycle theme was cool and had some historical pictures. 10/10!

Great food. Fun atmosphere, phenomenal service. The bacon, oh, the bacon! Make sure you use the coconut syrup on your pancakes or waffle , it's awesome!

Ck'd out of r room and wanted some breaky before getting on the road back to Tacoma. I'm eating the liter fare ham n chz 2 egg omelet with pears, Hawiian omelet for the hubby and iced tea. They were on it and saw he drank his pretty fast and brought a small carafe of tea out... awesome. It's getting busy now at 9:30 on a Sunday. Our breakfasts were really good.

Another Scrumptious Breakfast @ Momma Jane's in The Dalles, OR. !! Second time patrons here and we were once again delighted with our service and meals! The service was wonderful. We were checked on frequently and had our drinks refilled. Our meals were simply delicious and we savored each bite. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with nostalgic, eye catching, and colorful items everywhere. We'll continue to make it a point to stop here along our travels through like we did this week!

Fabulous experience at Momma Jane's! We stopped by for breakfast this morning. We lucked into a table...they were definitely busy busy. Cute place...quaint, retro, and fun. We received a hearty and friendly welcome upon entry, and exceptional service with a smile throughout our meal. It was definitely a wait for our food to arrive, but they kept the hot coffee coming and ultimately it was so worth the wait. We ordered an omelet plate and a 2 egg plate. Everything, and I mean everything, was fantastic. The potatoes were all cooked perfectly, the bacon crispy, the omelet huge, the pancake yummy. I especially loved that they did NOT overpower anything with salt. I eat low salt, and I find most breakfasts out to be too heavily salted. Thanks to Momma Jane's for recognizing there's a salt shaker on the table! We were stuffed. We actually took 1/2 the omelet and some potatoes to-go. The food-scrumptious...the service-sensational. Our new go-to breakfast spot when in town. Highly recommend!
